Los Alpes is in a very safe and quiet street in the centre of Quito within one block of the US Embassy.

The first World Heritage Site, the historic centre of Quito, is close enough to walk to or can be reached by a short taxi journey or a 25 cent bus journey from the stop round the corner! This area of Quito is well worth a visit night or day.
